I do not know why I often fail in history examinations．I ask Grandpa if history is hard to learn．He answered：“No．You are not interested in history，and you do not work hard at it，of course you cannot get good results．”
To help me to do well in history，my grandpa often sits together with me at night．He listens to me reading history．If he finds any questions I read wrongly，he will help me to correct them．He also tells me how to improve the way of studying and memorizing．Sometimes，he tells me a few short history stories which made me laugh a lot．After I read some questions a few times，I think I can recite them，then Grandpa wants me to recite．After I recite ，I go on to read som e others．I recite them and go on again．What's more，Grandpa wants me to do some exercises or asks me some questions．If I do not know how to answer them，he wants me to think carefully and then tell me where to find the answers in the history textbook．As time goes on，I have remembered more and more questions．I am a little interested in history and I am making some proGREss．Now I think it is not difficult to learn history．
Nothing in the world is difficult if one sets his mind on it．I think if only we know what to study for，how to study and try our best to study it， we are sure to do well in all subjects and get good results．
