转换型也不需要计算。这类赛题书面选择项的正确答案与对话原文的有关数字音、形有异，但意义相同，即表现形式发生了转换。如：

M：I've only been waiting for an hour．I feel as though I have been standing here for 50days．
Q：How long has the man been waiting for her？
A）10minutes．B）60minutes．
C）50days．D）15minutes．

答题技巧：
1注意同一意义的不同表达法，如1：45可读成a quarter to two或one forty-five，4：30可读成four thirty或half past four，后天可读成 the day after tomorrow或two days later，每两天（隔天）可读成every two days或every other day，10可读成ten或a decade，12可读成 twelve或a dozen，两星期可读成fortnight或period of two weeks；几天前可读成the other day或a few days ago，四分之一可读成one- fourth或one quarter等。
2注意年代、世纪口头与书面表达的差异，如in the eighteen forties应理解为19世纪40年代。
