     Li Ming is a student who has been living in Shanghai since he was born. But his grandfather lives in Taiwan, because he went to Taiwan before Shanghai was liberated. He is a merchant. For about half a century, Li Ming＇s family have no idea where he lives.  They miss him very much. Fortunately, a letter from his grandfather reached them this October,which said that his grandfather would be back to Shanghai on December 24th. Li Ming＇s parents were so excited about the news that they didn＇t sleep well for several nights. Neither did Li Ming.FZD
     The day finally came. On December 24th, the family of Li Ming were on their way to the airport. When they met at last, they gave grandfather a big hug, tears in their eyes. They got together. What a happy family!FZD

    李明是一名学生，从小就住在上海。但他的爷爷却在台湾，因为他是商人，在解放前去了台湾。50多年来，李明一家一直不知道他在哪里，他们非常想念他。幸运的是，今年10月份他们收到了李明爷爷的一封信，得知爷爷将在12月24日回上海。听到这个消息后，李明的父母非常激动，几天都没睡好觉。李明也是如此。这一天终于到了，12月24日他们一家去了机场。终于见面了，他们和爷爷紧紧拥抱在一起，眼里含着泪水。终于团聚了。多么幸福的一家人啊!FZD

     The exciting day finally came. On December 24th, they were on their way to the Shanghai airport. Half an hour later, they met the old man whom they miss all the time.FZD

    李明的祖父是位商人，  自从上海解放后一直住在台湾。他们已经50年没有他的消息了。FZD
    今年十月，李明一家收到他祖父的采信。从信中得知，李明的祖父还活着，他将于12月24日回到上海。接到采信时，李明的父亲禁不住哭了。真是光阴似箭呀!李明的祖父已离开大陆半个世纪了。李明的父母激动得几天都没睡好，李明也是如此。FZD
    令人激动的日子终于到来了，12月24日，他们正在去上海机场的路上。半个小时后，他们终于见到了日夜思念的亲人。
