Thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself.
My name is Linjian. I was born in a hard-working farmer’s family and GREw up in a beautiful mountain village of Anhui Province. Homeland relatives and landscapes have cultivated my strong body and formed my honest and strong character.
I graduated from Anhui chemical industry school in 1993.My major is chemical process. There are many major courses, such as inorganic chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Chemical industry principle, chemical engineering and so on. I obtained second-class scholarship one time and third-class scholarship two times during school study and was assigned to Anhui BAYI Chemical Group. Through hard work and continuous learning, I gradually became a middle management personnel from a production line operator and served as line leader, production managers, workshop director, and so on at the two major state-owned enterprises of BAYI and FENYUAN Group.
Because I hadn’t good academic background and no social relationships, I knew the only way to make myself strong was to rely on my own hard work and study hard. During work I worked hard step by step, in my spare time I systematically studied related production technology and management knowledge. From September 1998 to July 2001 I completed Evening University\'s study courses of Anhui Financial and Economic University major courses were as follows, business management, financial management and so on.
Compared to my competitors, I have no advantages in terms of age. But through taking part in production management of different chemical intermediates and construction projects of related engineering, I have had a solid technical foundation. I can skillfully operate different chemical equipment, accurately judge the problems occurred in production process and give correct solution promptly. I can conduct standardized management to staff through establishment of scientific system.
I am a positive, helpful and concerned man and bravely take on responsibility in my life. I think I am the man who you are looking for. I like to work for a vigorous enterprise like smit.
