参考答案及录音原文 In this part you will hear six dialogues between two speakers. At the end of each dialogue, a third person will ask a question or questions about what was said. Choose the best answer to the question you hear. Each dialogue and the question will be read once.
Dialogue 1
W:Have you taken my keys out of my handbag?
M:No. They were with your gloves on top of your library books in the hall.
W:Well, they aren’t now. What have I done with them?
Question 11:What has the woman lost?
Dialogue 2
M:You look tired, Alice.
W:Oh, I am. I’ve moved all the furniture around in my bedroom. I used to have my desk behind the door but I decided to move it.
M:So where have you put it?
W:I tried it under the big window but it was too sunny there to study,so I’ve put it under the little window opposite the door.
Question 12:Where is the desk now?
Dialogue 3
M:That’s a lovely photograph of your three granddaughters.
W:And I have a grandson now, but he wasn’t born when that was taken. The oldest girl was eight when that was taken and the twins were four—most people can’t tell them apart.
Question 13:How many grandchildren does the woman have?
Dialogue 4
W:Hi, Mike. Do you want to play tennis on Saturday?
M:I’m not sure if I can. I should go to football practice with my team.
W:Oh, right. Well, I’m cycling to the swimming pool with my brother on Sunday. Perhaps you’d like to join us.
M:Sure. I’ll drive over and meet you there.
Question 14:What will Mike do on Sunday?
Dialogue 5
W: Excuse me, I’m waiting for Flight 712 from New York. It was supposed to arrive at 9:20.It’s 9:35 now and there’s been no announcement of a delay or anything.
M:I’m sorry, Madam. We’ve just had a message to say it took off an hour and a half late. Arrival time is now 10:55.
W:That’s too bad.
Question 15:What time is the flight from New York expected now?
Dialogue 6
M:Hi, Janet. How’s your computer course going?
W:Oh, I’ve just had my class, actually. We have them twice a week and each one lasts two hours.
M:Gosh. That’s too long. Doesn’t it get boring?
W:Well, you need that long to actually do a whole document. It’s really good because I can do all sorts of things on my computer that I never even knew existed before.
M:I can’t say the same for my cookery course.
W:Oh, Tim, why not? I thought you were enjoying it.
M:Oh it’s enjoyable enough, but we just don’t seem to make much pro
GREss. We spent the whole of last week’s lesson learning how to fry an egg.
W:Well, it’s not an easy thing to do properly, you know.
M:Oh I know, but I don’t even like eggs.
W:Oh poor Tim! So how often is it?
M:Just once a week, for an hour and a half.
W:And do you get to eat all the things you make?
M:Well, you’re not meant to eat them there, but you can take them home because you have to buy all the food in the first place. It’s cakes next week.
W:Oh, that sounds fun.
M:Oh yes. I’m looking forward to it. But Janet, I wanted to ask you something, actually. Have you learnt how to send e-mails on your course yet?
W:Oh yes, we did that in the first week.
M:Because I can’t get my computer to send them properly, and I was wondering if you’d show me how it’s done.
W:Well, if you bring me one of your cakes, I suppose I could try.
M:
GREat, well, when I’ve made them.
