North American time zones（时区）

Scientists，pilots，and weather forecasters in the United States use a twenty-four hour clock instead of the twelve-hour clock that most other people use．This clock uses GREenwich Mean Time（GMT）as a starting point．Greenwich Mean Time is the time at Greenwich，England．
