★No good breakfast
Breakfast is the first meal of the day and it provides you with the energy that you will need in the morning. If you do not eat a good breakfast, you may feel hungry later in the morning and this may affect (影响) your performance. If you are having problems taking breakfast, for example, you will throw up (呕吐) after breakfast, try something light (清淡的). Even a glass of milk or just a piece of bread is better than nothing.
★Heavy dinner
Heavy meals late at night makes our digestive system (消化系统)work overtime even after we sleep.This may cause insomnia (失眠)or dreams and we will not be well rested. So it is best to eat our last meal early in the evening.
★Taking in too much salt
Salt can cause high blood pressure (高血压), which will cause stroke (中风), heart disease, and so on.
★Too few fruits and vegetables
Fruits and vegetables can help to make our body more healthier.
★Not enough intake of water
Water takes up more than two-thirds of our body and it is necessary for many functions in the body. We lose water through faces,sweat and breath. Most of us require at least 6 glasses of water every day.
★Eating too much snacks
Eating too much snacks will make you fat. Most snacks are rich in sugar, salt and fats which can cause health problems.
★Too much fat and oils
Our body requires only a small amount of fat. The excess causes us to grow fat, and leads to other diseases.
