or的几种意义及翻译

or是英语中使用频率很高的连词, 一般情况下往往表示选择关系, 译为“或者”、“还是”。

除了表示选择意义外,or还可表示列举、递进、并列、转折等含义。下面就讨论一下or 的几种意义及翻译。

1. 表示列举

or 可译为“和”、“以及”、“或”等,也可不译,借助于顿号或逗号来表达其含义。
